Many school leaders describe their first two to three years on the job as a highly charged roller coaster ride full of unexpected twists and turns. The Catherine Leahy Brine Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Program provides new administrators with support, guidance and on-going feedback to help them deal most effectively with the multiple demands of their leadership roles. Each new administrator will receive forty-five (45) mentoring contact hours that includes one-on-one collaboration, school visits, observations and job-alike support group meetings.
